By accessing or using SimplyTap products, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our products or services.

Products and Services

SimplyTap provides NFC (Near Field Communication) products designed for churches and religious organizations. Our products include NFC cards, stickers, and related services.

Product Usage

Our NFC products are designed to be programmed with URLs that lead to digital content of your choosing. You are responsible for:

• The content that your NFC products link to
• Ensuring that linked content complies with all applicable laws
• Maintaining the destination URLs and ensuring they remain active

Ordering and Payment

When placing an order for SimplyTap products:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when you place your order
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase

Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes may be subject to our cancellation policy. Custom designs that have entered production cannot be canceled.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of SimplyTap and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

When you order custom NFC products, you grant us permission to use your submitted designs or content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the designs you submit.

Limitation of Liability

SimplyTap products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will meet your requirements or that they will be error-free.

In no event shall SimplyTap be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our products or website
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimplyTap and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our products or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our products or services constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our products and services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
